Main Components; Enterprise Philosophy
The word "entrepreneur" has french origin, meaning "Undertaking Enterprise" with Latin roots to the words for Principles, Innovation, Inspiration, Inception and more.
Each principle you see above will seem like vague statements, however, they are the titles of the fundamental principles of entrepreneurs who completed the Lead by Legacy workshop that are deeply meaningful personal truths about how to act admirably in the world.
When you are leading an enterprise, you must have clarity on what your own principles really are. Your principles are your shield, allowing you to navigate from point A to point B in one piece - this is the definition and rubric of Integrity.
We believe that entrepreneurs who are clear on their principles and integrate them into their enterprises have a tactical advantage over those who rely on subjectively defined "Values".
Example: If a company has a value is "Integrity" it is rare they can consicely answer the question "Integrity to what?"
Purpose; the reason why
