The entrepreneurial spirit has always driven innovation to allow our families and communities to thrive.
Recognize
Consider the Entrepreneurial Spirit as if it were a fire inside all entrepreneurs. It could be a prosperous bonfire providing warmth and light to many, or the smallest matchstick - fragile, but with great potential.
We recognize all entrepreneurs as equals, this is a community that we are all a part of. We are all on the same path and by recognizing the entrepreneurial spirit in others, we can walk that path together.
Cultivate
Every fire needs to be tended, structured, fueled. A fire with purpose can cook food while a wild fire without purpose is unstable and vulnerable to collapse or corruption.
We believe that the highest form of entrepreneurship is when it serves an admirable Purpose without sacrificing the Principles each enterprise is founded upon. One way we do this is through our uniquely modelled "Lead by Legacy" workshop, accessible to all entrepreneurs.
The proceeds of this workshop directly funds our Entrepreneurial Spirit Competition which provides Scholarship opportunities to entrepreneurs seeking a higher education.
CULTIVATE
The Lead by Legacy Workshop
The experience is designed to articulate the authentic Principles and Purpose of each entrepreneur and guide them through how to use these personal fundamental beliefs to achieve greater success in their enterprise, starting with crafting their Enterprise Philosophy.
Classical Philosophy Meets Entrepreneurial Psychology
Entrepreneurs have much in common with philosophers of old. We both engage in the enterprise of innovation, we push boundaries and see opportunity for growth in the problems of the world. Where philosophy can become lost in hypothetical we turn to psychology for the practical applications of the science of our mind.
Our workshop combines wisdom and techniques from both fields to cut-through the superficial and find the unique wisdom within each participant.
Learn what you have to offer
It is a noble practice to assume everybody has something they can teach you. This is not a revolutionary idea. However, you are also one of those people whom we should assume has something unique to teach others.
Have you wondered what that is? What is your unique, fundamental truth? Can you articulate it? Where did it come from? How many are there?
These truths are what we call your Principles. When wielded with grace, they become a powerful tool for entrepreneurs and leaders in any field. Principles are what "values" dream of being.
Enhanced Creativity
As entrepreneurs we all know that creativity is the fundamental skill of our enterprise. The value of increasing our creativity is hardly quantifiable but undoubtedly supreme.
Each participant will complete an exercise to establish a baseline of their entrepreneurial creativity. The final stage of the workshop is the same exercise again with increased difficulty.
We have found the greater the natural ability of the entrpereneur the greater the improvement of their innovative capacity.
The Workshop:
2.5 Hours, Live Video Conference, 1-on-1 with a trained Entrepreneur Ambassador.
The cost of the workshop is currently decided through our "Pay-what-you-value" model with 20% of the amount funding our Entrepreneurial Spirit Scholarship Competition.
If you are not in a financial situation to pay, select the "training" option in the registration form and you will be put in queue for the same workshop experience.
We have adopted this model because we believe in the admirable nature of entrepreneurs who will not take advantage of this valuable offering.
